What is there beyond the physical body and why is it important to realise?

Hatha Yoga teachings are to help us to realise that there is more to our being and belief of our life which we believe to being a physical body with mind. To evolve us onwards to a deeper realisation.


By working with the inner subtle body called prana; life force, which holds the physical body and its systems together there is a realisation that the mind and it’s attachments can shift.

We use asanas and guided movements with the practices of pranayama, focus of mind leading to meditation to experience a much more free, contentment within.
