Hatha and Raja Yoga

Gomukhasana - Cow pose, such a great posture to experiencing the inner sufferings we are holding onto! (this is one to do every day.)
Using subtle instructions in yoga helps in taking away from being attached to the inner suffering we experience and helps to point the way towards your inner Self; free from suffering.
As well as the yoga postures, pranayama; the means of moving the inner life force, a full focus and detachment are also needed, bringing us into an inner expansion where there is no suffering.
A willingness to let go of suffering and a willingness to accept a bright state of Being is also needed.
Where we experience suffering is in the citta; the consciousness. We call mind.
We can release the attachment to suffering, it doesn’t identify who we truly are.
It’s the false sense of “me” - that attaches. It’s not there anymore in consciousness after the yoga practice.
Hatha yoga and Raja yoga are both incorporated. There can’t be one without the other.
Hatha Yoga - approach to move into the subtle pranic body and clearing the sufferings there.
Raja Yoga- using the mind aspect to direct inwards.
Om Shanti 🙏
