The session will be focused on releasing body and mind with a sharing circle to voice any concerns physical or mind related (this is optional), a holistic yoga practice, ideal for mixed abilities, pranayama, meditation, Reiki healing followed by refreshments with a chance to ask questions or just chat and relax.
