Classes are for all abilities - modifications are available if needed to help with concerns with mobility or health conditions.

Video Recording of weekly class
A recorded video of each weekly class will be sent to your email.
This entails only myself in the recording - demonstrating and teaching the class live.
No students are filmed so it feels like a personal teaching.
A link is sent, copy and paste into google search bar and it is ready to play.
Cost £12 per video.
