We are not a pretended reality

Why in yoga do we feel light, less of body shape, no recognition of us in a labelled existence; our roles.
We experience an openness and a freeing place which takes us into That which is not a pretended reality.
Knowledge of mind, thoughts, body and resistance are useful to then realise we are not those aspects.
It is a false programming.
Our Reality is in a moving process of life within the body.
In Hatha yoga we work with this life; prana and it wants to be everywhere.
Where there are harsh places felt we are unaware, prana isn’t here and nor is consciousness.
We can, with the tools of yoga come into being aware; “avidya” and stay open.
Experiencing this openness and expansiveness gives insight to orientate us towards being open, bright and conscious in all of life experiences with freedom.
We gain Vidya - insight. We can live in this openness.
Om Shanti
