Udana Vayu - is a vital life force within, linking between the heart and head region.

It is associated with the physical aspects of the throat, thyroid, parathyroid, it brings clear communication, a clear mind, creative new ideas, self transformation to higher planes of consciousness.

We can feel lightness in the physical body enabling more ease in upward movements, getting up from sitting, climbing stairs, lifting  of heavy objects.

We become aware of space within the head chest and upper back. A spaciousness between thoughts bringing awareness into experiencing you are not the thoughts.
