Practice with dedication

Patanjali sums up the effects of yoga (Bk 2, v 28)

By a regular and devoted practice, the impurities of the student‘s body and mind are consumed, the causes of the afflictions removed and the crown of wisdom is acquire. The wisdom and achievemen keep the student innocent and free of pride. Quote ref: BKS Iyengar - Light on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjal. We can practice with opening the heart space where the seat of intelligence lies and we will realise the difference with the practice becoming fresh and alive rather than dry and mind centred

Om Shanti
