Gratification and honouring the life within

Everywhere we see yoga poses and think that is what yoga is all about!


I hear many say “ I’m not flexible enough!” But even though I tell them it’s not about the physical form or being flexible, because yoga is about releasing from the mental attachments we have upon ourselves which causes symptoms within the physical body, tense muscles, fight or flight response.

This creates a karmic loop of blame onto physical body, holding onto the attachment in mind .


This is what yoga undoes and clarifies that we are not body or mind we are the conscious experience behind it all.


We can meet the higher state of mind in meditation which is stilled and free.


The body feels free of the usual symptoms at that point.


The appearances of yoga postures should not put you off from attending and experiencing what the truth is about yoga.



It is for mixed abilities, any age and for those that want to find out more about who they really are and free themselves up from an ongoing narrative that keeps them stuck
