Don’t stay stuck

If we feel stuck there’s a heaviness and stiffness in the body and mind; a lack of energy and an inflexibility.


We are able to release and let go to change our view about who we are and what this body can do as well as seeing life differently.


Working with asanas, pranayama, dharana and dhyana - (all yoga teachings) to help understand by bringing the mind to a one pointed settled state helps to release and let go of old patterns of holding on.
