Clearing bondage to memory

This week we will have an aim of getting to the end goal in yoga (Samadhi) but just as in anything we try to work towards there will be obstacles that stop us from staying on track and also whilst in the practice the mental activity from memories stored in body/mind can stop us staying focussed.

Using some instructions to get through these barriers and advancing into “seeing a path to follow” can enlighten the journey and reduce being “bound to” memory.


A connection to the inner radiance of a calm mind can be experienced
