Strengthens arms, wrists, increases inner power, strengthens respiratory muscles, tones abdominal organs.


Teaching theme this week; bringing the distracted mind away from running wild which can cause sleepiness and we then think we are over worked and need rest. It is the opposite that is required; more mind control is needed so that we don’t identify with the thoughts which are a false identification.


We need a clear insight that brings light to the ignorance, avidya which is the origin of the cause.


We will use Hatha teachings to bring an inner opening which will help detach from our thoughts and into a lightness experienced in body and mind.

Along the path of yoga we experience openings and realisations of the deeper meaning to yoga.
