Awareness as our essential identity

Awareness is intense experience (Brahma Bhava) It is the state of being which arises when the mind is crystal clear without mental patterns, likes and dislikes.

Awareness as our  essential identity is a reflection of Consciousness or Reality.

Everyone and thing is a manifestation of underlying Consciousness, so why do we feel aversion for some and attachment for others?  Because in the normal human mind- sense we live in a sense of duality.

But to go beyond “normal” we transform by identifying with a deeper level of our being, knowing that likes and dislikes are just mental projections.

In the level of personality we will still like and  dislike people, things and events and on a deeper level we can be centred moment to moment in touch with the source of all and is beyond the mind and duality.

Om Shanti
