When our mind is open to always learning from yoga it opens us into our fuller dimension.

A photo I’ve found of myself being a student learning in a class with 2 of my students next to me on my right (Suzanne Cooke and Dee Deborah Champion).

I’m a forever student to yoga, always learning from the practice and gaining knowledge.

Meditation is a key part of the practice and without it; it isn’t a spiritual practice.

The spiritual aspect that never changes within us is what we experience when the mind is stilled.

And yoga is the stilling of the mind.

This week’s teaching is bringing the concept of releasing thoughts and feelings and renouncing the practice for no self reward but to find the inner peace.

We will use some of the teachings from the Bhagavad Gita to move us on into knowledge, meditation, surrender of attachment to results - where there is immediate peace.

Om Shanti
