We can evolve and experience we are the same in good or bad

using lesson planning each week for Hatha yoga and meditation classes, from ancient texts.


Each week in class ~ there is an evolvement in understanding what is body and mind and how the mental activity can effect how the body moves or becomes blocked.


The body moves because the inner pranic life force moves and expands, (when we use the practice of pranayama,) ~ which loosens off the mental activity that is like a glue in this inner body bringing symptoms to the physical body experience, we call tensions, tightness, inflexibility…. they are created by mind’s attachment sitting in this inner subtle body.


Pranayama is an inner movement that is synchronised with breath but it is not breath.


It is more refined and subtle and can only be experienced when the mind is turned inwards away from 5 senses.


Using 6th sense we delve deeper to understanding what is blocking us to evolve on all levels.


This week we will become steady and still in mind to experience the same in the body.


We can step out of the way in mind control and allow the life within to flow freely and keep us evolving.

We start to experience we are the same in pain or pleasure, good or bad.
