Using yoga teachings to teach inner stillness

There is a natural indwelling silence, always there, present, regardless of your mental conditions and external situations, a silence that mirrors the awareness that is the true nature of your being.
We don’t know it’s there because of the restlessness of mental patterns that override it but it doesn’t take it away, because it’s real.
We will be using the practices handed down from the ancient yogis to move deeper into the layers of the Being to reach and rediscover this inside ourselves - the source and spring of love, wisdom and beauty in all of us.
Om Shanti
