New teaching theme starts for Thurs evening (tomorrow’s) yoga class.
- using the meaning and teaching of the mantra AUM- from the Mandukya Upanishad - AUM stands for the supreme Reality that lies beyond past, present and future.
We will break down and use the mantra to open up the different states of consciousness and open different parts of the body.
The stillness after the mantra Om will be a focus into which we can merge into spaciousness; which is the openness to whatever lies beneath it.
