Understanding prana and mind

This week we will work with understanding how we can keep the body in a receptive mode to receive prana (vital air/ life force) and to hold this within by keeping body and mind in check.

We will be able to bring the body and mind into an alertness and yet relaxed state.

We can experience the deeper meaning to this practice in merging individual self with Universal Self.
