Yoga is not getting into postures as an end goal.
The asanas are there to help us to detach what we hold onto from the mind.
Yoga is the stilling of the churning and changing mind.
Through the teachings left by the ancient sages, we learn and discover that we are the Seer, of the turbulent mind.
As the lotus flower blossoms in mud so can we.
