We are conscious beings that have imprints from past mental patterns, beliefs and conditioning This creates an illusion of who we are called the ahamkar; the “I maker” aspect of mind.
When we see beyond these impressions the body and mind heal
We will be using the discriminative aspect of mind; buddhi to see where we get lost into the illusion and experience the purest aspect of who we truly are.
Body and mind are purified and we are not affected by past impressions.
This week we will work with Satya; the Yama of truthfulness. When we act in truthfulness and see truth, results come.
Om Shanti
