Remembering the practices of yoga to help us to remember the Truth of who we are.

We often forget — we are not just this body… not the tension, not the heaviness, not the emotions clinging to muscle and memory.
In yoga, we learn to witness… not to identify.
The body changes, the mind fluctuates — but something deeper remains untouched. That… is consciousness.
When we cling to sensation, we block prana — our life force. We feel stuck… because we believe we are what we feel.
But through pranayama — the expansion of life force — we begin to free ourselves. We clear the mind, release the grip of illusion, and return to the truth.

We are not just the body. We are not just the mind. We are the consciousness behind it all.
Om Shanti
