Perfection is when the mind is free.

Teaching theme this week: working with Patanjali 2,48 - when yoga is practised, the ego part of mind loses its identity and the body, mind and soul unite. When this occurs the posture becomes effortless and mind no longer disturbs the student. There is no strain and a sense of relaxation comes to the body.

And - 2,47 - with meditation on infinite space and with perseverance, alertness and insight, there comes perfection in asana which brings unalloyed happiness and supreme blessedness.
