This week in yoga classes we will be using Nirodha Parinama - a conscious deliberate effort to release the mental disturbances and stopping future ones from arising.
This also equates to the releasing and restraining the imbalances within the body, because body and mind are no different.
These next few weeks, classes are designed with working on BALANCE in body and mind.
Using the Patanjali Yoga Sutras teaching we will experience the effort made. And this will help with our present and future stability.
