New teaching theme for Wednesday onwards - bringing lightness in body and freedom in mind.

By mentally extending the intelligence from the centre of the body outwards releases from feeling small, compressed and suffering. Using intelligence to express Self as graceful and expanding no matter how unlikely it may seem at the time.

If asana is experienced as hard and heavy the brain is over reacting and there is no freedom.

Performance from the intelligence of the heart brings everything to life in your body.
