The first photo below brings an open minded view to the experience of life in nature.
It’s pleasant and beautiful.
The second photo is portraying a yoga pose and your mind has now changed.
Within us all is a similar experience as in the photo on the left brings, not from determining how far my body can go into a posture and how pleasing this is to do.
The real practice of yoga is to experience the life within and to expand that inner force so as we can evolve, change, transform throughout our life, just as nature wants to do.
It has the same experience as pleasure and beauty from within as the photo brings. However it remains inside and we don’t need to have a pretty picture to enjoy or feel it.
This is where the true teachings of yoga bring us. 🙏
This week we will work with the inner life and reduce the obstacles there that make us feel restricted in body and mind that makes us look outside of ourselves for fulfilment.
Using the sixth sense of direct perception and pranayama, we no longer work for the physical body’s gains but to bring more life back and a clearer mind, free of attachments that keep us blocked.
