Jalandhara bandha

We will be working with a practice called Jalandhara Bandha - a necessary practice with pranayama to take the energy to the correct place within the body but also to arouse the kundalini energy to experience the higher state of samadhi.

The effects of this bandha can clear nasal passages, regulates flow of blood and prana (energy) to the heart, head and glands of the neck; thyroid and parathyroid. It relaxes the brain and humbles the mind.
