This isn’t an ascetic yoga photo, I know!
But it’s a great diagram showing us what is underneath this physical body keeping everything alive and conscious.
The pranic layer of our Being.
There are 5 divisions.
Each one having a frequency force different to the others.
Each week we have been exploring and experiencing the pranic force within and undoing blockages that cling onto this pranic field that are made from the mind’s attachment.
One big attachment we all have is that we believe we are the body.
We also think all of what we feel in the physical body is made in the physical, but it’s not.
It’s made from attachments in mind and deposited in the pranic field and so it has to be undone here.
We can feel the symptoms in the body.
This week we will work with undoing what we feel in the hips/ pelvic region within the pranic field.
Expanding and moving prana further beyond the attachments and we may experience an even more higher dimension down through the legs and feet.
If we do; the mind will detach from the stories we have holding within….” my hips, my back, my …. stories of why my body feels like this” - the stories that keep the attachments and stop us from evolving and experiencing more of Life and being conscious
Also the deeper reason we do yoga is a spiritual evolution that takes place in releasing the cycle of karmic patterns. Bringing mind to its natural state of stillness, no suffering.
