Using the ujjayi breath and a lengthening of kumbhalka (pause after outbreath) - detaching from the aspect of the individual self.

We will feel more alive and understand there is a part of us that thinks it is the body and mind and this part doesn’t want to change.

We have a realisation that we are boundless and far mor

e than we really think we are and the body and mind become expansive in their abilities.
