Releasing thoughts
When mind is disturbed by thoughts it immediately affects us. We say we have tensions. It is from our attachments to thoughts that create obstacles within the flow of our life force.
We experience dullness, lack of mobility, weakness, heightened emotions, or an inner forcefulness, grasping, or a rajastic feeling.
Otherwise we would be feeling content, an inner calm, an inner sense of fulfilment.
When we stay out of thoughts we can erase what has affected and what would affect us in the future.
By practice of direct perception we manage to leave all thoughts in yoga practice and we leave the patterns that would normally lead us back into them.
Instead we stay free and we release the obstacles that had previously been laid down in the pranic body, where life force flows.
Patterns are overcome
We reconnect to inner stillness of mind.
Pure consciousness not led by patterns.
We evolve
Om Shanti
