This week we will revisit the Halasana pose.
Working on surrendering to the higher force of love and compassion within all of us and honouring that it takes courage to do this, rather than working in a forceful manner because we want something for ourselves.
This is a photo of my daughter, when she went on her travels in the Philippines and a school boy she met there.
It captures the compassion we all have within.
