We hold onto our stories in body and mind... seeing this and moving on.

This week in our yoga class we will be working with the following:

Thoughts are either painful or painless, because of our attachments and aversions to them.

They are an illusion, known as “maya” in Sanskrit and act like a play within us.

We can experience this “maya/play” within our body and mind.

We will work on detachment with both aspects of “pain and painless” and go beyond body and mind.

We will be able to feel more secure and connected within.
