We are not our thoughts

The voice in your head belongs to your conditioned mind, which is the result of all your past history.

The voice can be your worst enemy, continually attacking and and punishing, this drains our energy.

You can free yourself from your mind.. when we experience the voice without judgement.

This is “I AM REALISATION” the sense of your own presence; it is not a thought.

This is the dimension of consciousness we experience in yoga.

The philosophy teachings combined with the postures and stages taught, can lead us into a deeper connection with this consciousness.
