We all have the fear of “not enough”

We all have a FEAR of NOT ENOUGH within us.

We can break this fear down using the teachings of Moolabandha from the Hatha Yoga tradition.

The fear comes from our attachment to material objects.

When we realise we are not just the material aspect of ourselves (our body and mind) and we connect to the deeper spiritual aspect within, them the outer form and our possessions are able to “fall into place” without worry.

We will experience a natural evolving into meditation where we can start to connect within. The body and mind feels unstuck and free.
