Truth of who we are

Still working with BALANCE - using a chair for Ardha Chandrasana. ( Half Moon Posture)

Teaching theme:

Patanjali Yoga Sutras Book 2 Verse 36- “when the practitioner is firmly established in the practice of truth, his words become so potent that whatever he says comes to realisation”

(Iyengar’s translation)

We will purify our body and mind and align with the power of truth. Using power of asanas, breath, detachment and mantra.

The truth of who we are is powerful beyond words and when we are aligned we can believe our truths will take form in life.
