Bringing a deeper awareness to the neck and shoulders.
We will be releasing the desire we all have for pride and praise for our achievements.
Using awareness of breath and Jalandhara bandha -(throat lock) and Shambhavi Mudra to help to release our ego attachment to want this praise for our efforts.
Becoming conscious of a less active mind and this would bring a feeling of pleasure.
