Rejoice in how far we have come along on our path

Yoga takes away a lot of the obstacles that block our progress in life aswell as not seeing how far we have come along on our path.

To see others as well as ourselves that deep down we are all peace, joy and love.

Seeing our old home videos in this lockdown has made us appreciate and rejoice what we have accomplished.

This week week we will work on removing the obstacles that bring sorrow and keep us back sliding in yoga and in life.
