Reducing karmic patterns using the limbs of Patanjali Yoga Sutras

Dear students,

I hope you are all doing well and doing some yoga for yourselves, which we need particularly more so at this time .


The online classes now have been mastered and I am willing to take on a few more students if you’re interested. The setting up is easy and rewarding.

Cost £10 - allows you to attend up to 2 classes in the week.


(If you can’t attend 2 nd one, a recorded video will be sent for you to practice with in your own time.)


A video recording of the 90 min class is available for £6 if you don’t do online classes.


Teaching theme this week:


Understanding Patanjali’s 8 limbed path to yoga. How each stage is important to lead us to the goal of stilling the mind.

We will be burning away some turbulence in the mind which are caused from deep patterns of thoughts, this will reduce behavioural patterns we are caught up in.


This is known as the karmic blanket that covers the inner light of a stilled mind.
