Moving to inner joy


moving away from ignorance of believing we are our mind stuff and realising that there is inner joy when we release from searching outwards through our senses to make us happy.


We will use Patanjali Yoga Sutras teachings and use discipline and our breath mantra to surrender our attachments into a deeper awareness of inner space of the body and mind; True Self.


We will finish with a meditation into the direction of the experience of JOY.


“In the still mind, in the depths of meditation, the Self reveals itself. Beholding the Self by means of the Self, an aspirant knows the joy and peace of complete fulfillment”
