We can acknowledge a greater power than our mind, which gives us the sense of a “new-birth” awaiting.
We will use the concentration of our awareness to detach from thoughts, worries, our own future predictions.
The truth of freedom opens up when the mind releases from grasping and wanting.
The teaching tools of yoga takes us into that space of “no mind” and from here we can gain insight of being free from what we think we know to be true.
