Teaching Theme- a practical understanding on a problematic area in the body related to hands. elbows, shoulders, neck and upper back.
Bringing awareness in activities such as gym work, shop work, carrying heavy shopping, manual labour, cooking, gardening, playing video games, using mobile phones, playing an instrument, golf, tennis are some activities that will lead to injury if we are not using the body correctly.
Interlinking the yoga philosophy teachings using asanas, pranayama, dharana, dhyana and practice of samadhi to bring knowledge and wisdom that will help to detach from these patterns of behaviour that are purely related to ahamkara (ego faculty in mind)
